I no longer have access to my email / phone / password. Help!

Don't panic! ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ In most cases, you should be able to regain control of your wallet with just a few clicks from the recovery links found on wallet.bitski.com and the login screen. 


Usually there are a limited number of factors you use to control your Bitski wallet/ profile. 

Lets break them down here: 

(1) access to your email address

(2) knowing your current password

(3) access to your 2FA device (usually a phone number)

If you open a Bitski wallet today with your email and phone number, you should have at least 2/3, but ideally it is 3/3 when you add a 2FA factor like a phone number! (good job! ๐Ÿ˜„) 

Losing login factors

Losing 1 factor is no big deal! You can reset your password, or change your 2FA device with a few clicks. 

Losing 2 factors, like your password and your phone is a bit tricky. Please start a ticket at support@bitski.com and we can try to help you! 

If you lose all 3 factors, Bitski cannot guarantee you regaining access to your wallet, as it is the users responsibility to manage these your login factors! We do not offer KYC services beyond whatever information our payment processors provide. Please do your best to manage your login factors and consider using a password manager like 1password, or similar!
